       -    To build computing skills by hands-on schedules on molecular data analysis.

Program Details:

Day 1-

       -    Lecture on bioinformatics and software tools

       -    Laboratory-Analysis of RAPD data

       -    Laboratory-Analysis of SSR data

Who Should Attend?

       -    Undergraduate and graduate students who have research interest in molecular fingerprinting, biodiversity or molecular conservation are the potential beneficiaries from this course. 

       -    The maximum number of attendants in the coarse should not exceed (9) due to limited space in the laboratory.
