Board Meetings

The Board should hold a usual meeting every 3 months. Unusual meeting can be held when more than 50% of the Board members, 20% of the Society's active members or the Society's President calls for a meeting. The Board resolutions are passed by majority voting. The President has the deciding vote if the vote is otherwise tied.
